3-Day Masai Mara Safari Itinerary — Day by Day
Day 1 Nairobi to Mara Siligi Camp — Arrival and First Drive
- Early morning pickup from your Nairobi hotel (typically 6:30-7:00am)
- Scenic road journey through the Great Rift Valley — stop at the viewpoint for photos
- Arrive at Mara Siligi Camp (approximately 12:30-1:00pm) — check into your tent

01. Is 2-3 days enough time in the Masai Mara?
Yes — if the package is well-planned. Day 1 is arrival and an afternoon drive. Day 2 is a full day with morning and afternoon drives during peak wildlife hours. Day 3 is a sunrise drive before departure. Most guests leave wishing they had stayed longer, which is a good sign. If your schedule allows, 4 nights gives you significantly more flexibility.

05. What wildlife will I see on a 2-3 day safari?
The Masai Mara has year-round Big Five sightings — lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino — plus cheetah, giraffe, hippo, and over 400 bird species. During July to October, the Great Wildebeest Migration passes through. Our location near talek Gate puts you in the corridors used by the herds and big cats throughout the year.
